Fuckup Nights (FUN) is a global event series that shares stories of professional failure. FUN events have taken place in 80+ countries across the globe. Speakers talk about their own professional mistakes and the the lessons their took away. The story of the business that crashes and burns, the partnership deal that goes sour, the product that has to be recalled – we tell them all.

Why would they do that?? The majority of us don't create the "project of the year" on the first attempt. We can learn more from stories of failure than from stories of success.

At the SIC Fuckup Nights, we celebrate the inclusivity of failure – no matter who we are or where we come from, it happens to all of us. We believe we can aim higher and achieve more if we’re not afraid of it. And we’re building a community of people who want to share & learn from each other’s authentic experiences.

Fuckup Nights features 3 speakers telling their stories in 10 images: What was the project? What went wrong? What did they learn? Speakers can be quite varied: artists, architects, technology, social entrepreneurs, and even a doctor who opened a sex shop that went broke. Stories are followed by Q&A and networking mixer, and we like to include a bit of audience participation as well.
